Over the month of April, The T Project was invited to provide information, resources, and useful tips to different companies and organizations about transgender people. Each group of audience had different understanding of the community, but there was something new to learn and share at each workshop. Like any Singaporean, the transgender community is so diverse and unique. Every individual has their own unique experiences that led to who they are today. We brought together four everyday people with incredible stories to tell in our first Human Library.

This Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV), The T Project is sharing a heartwarming story of a single mother's love for her daughter, and her daughter's love and respect for her.

This International Women’s Day, The T Project works in support of AWARE’s Aim For Zero campaign to end sexual violence in Singapore, forge a more gender-balanced world, and raise awareness against bias.

Our 6th and final workshop for the community is a collaboration with Project X, a community based organization advocating the rights of sex workers in Singapore.

The T Project is now partnering with volunteers from the Salt and Light team to organise a monthly cooked food ration delivery to the community. Using the rations donated by the generous public, the volunteers cooked up some delicious fried rice this month.

Our fifth community empowerment workshop talks about a something close to the heart of the community, drugs and addiction. With very little peer support and community bonding, many in the community know someone who has encountered drug abuse.

We made history with our first fully booked trans-friendly pilates class in Singapore! Being mindful of preferred name and gender and each individual’s personal space, our wonderful partner PilatesMvmt created a safe space for the attendees to have a good sweat.

This HIV awareness week, our founder, June, was invited to speak to representatives from various HIV organizations around Asia Pacific. The T Project is happy to have met so many wonderful partners and supporters.
